BOMBAY INTELLIGENCE SECURITY (INDIA) LIMITED got inception in the year 1976 as a partnership firm and subsequently in the year 1988,the said partnership was dissolved and a new company was incorporated as Private Ltd Company under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and the whole business of partnership company along with assets and liabilities was acquired by this Private Limited Company incorporated on 15th July 1996.
